Examination Process

Examination Timetable:

• Submission of LDP        January 2016
• Exploratory Meeting        10 May 2016
• Six month suspension        May to November 2016
• Pre-Hearing Meeting (PHM)        7 February 2017
• Hearings Commence        28 March 2017
• Hearings end        28 January 2018
• Inspectors Report        15 March 2018

After submission of the LDP, the Inspector called an Exploratory Meeting on Tuesday 10^th May 2016 to discuss issues requiring further investigation before going ahead with the Examination. Following the meeting the Inspector suspended the examination for six months to enable the Council to prepare additional supporting evidence.

A Pre-Hearing Meeting (PHM) was held at the Media Resource Centre, Oxford Rd, Llandrindod Wells on Tuesday 7^th February 2017.

The Hearing Sessions commenced at the Media Resource Centre on Tuesday 28^th March 2017 and ended on Wednesday 10^th January 2019 at the New Life Church, Spa Road East, Llandrindod Wells.
