Pay Planning Fees
Most planning applications and pre-application enquiries require a fee to be processed. You can check the cost of your planning application fees (PDF, 171 KB).
You can also check the Planning Portal's fee guidance for further information.
How to pay:
1. The Planning Portal Wales
When applying through the Planning Portal, your payment must be submitted directly to the Planning Portal at the time of submission. If our team identifies that an additional payment is required, we will notify you and provide instructions on how to pay the additional fee.
2. Online
Applications submitted to the Council by email or post can be paid securely online through our website. This is the quickest way to pay for your application. When making an online payment for a planning application, it is essential to include the planning application reference or site address in the reference section.
Please note that Pre-planning application enquiries can be submitted and paid for online through the following page: Pre-planning application advice
