Aim:

To provide annual BIA refresher training to maintain the correct level of knowledge and understanding to complete DOLS BIA assessments

Learning Outcomes:

• Revisit case law pertinent to DOLS assessing process
• Update of recent case law relating to DOLS and wider MCA cases
• Assessment content - What should be included in an assessment; what would be considered good practice by the Court of Protection

• 25^th June 2025, 9.00am - 4.30pm
• 22^nd January 2026, 9.00am - 4.30pm

There is no charge to attend these courses, however a cancellation charge may apply to non-attendance if sufficient notice is not given
