Young People and Substance Use/Misuse training

Target Audience: Social Care staff in Adults & Children's Services Internal and External Agencies, Carers

Aim

• Identify drug types and catagories
• Identify how and why young people use substances.
• Look at risks associated with alcohol and drugs including new psychoactive substances
• Look at How/When to talk to young people about substances (Including use of the drug use screening tool DUST).

Dates

• 27^th February 2023, 9.30am - 4pm

There is no charge to attend these courses, however a cancellation charge may apply to non-attendance if sufficient notice is not given
