'Keeping Healthy in' Powys

The 'Keeping Healthy in' project is an initiative that aims to improve health and well-being of residents across Powys.

'Keeping Healthy in' brings together local services and resources, the project aims to strengthen communities and provide individuals with the choices and support they need to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

The drop-in events are designed to:

  • Increase Awareness: Educate communities on services, initiatives, and resources for health and well-being that are suited to their needs.
  • Connect Communities: Promote relationships among residents, encouraging networking, collaboration, and a stronger sense of community throughout Powys.  Keeping Healthy events are free to attend, and communities are encouraged to come along to explore the services available in their area.

Any organisations interested in signing up please don't hesitate to contact us, participation is free of charge.  You can email us, healthprotection@powys.gov.uk
