A Package Deal scheme - providing 4 new affordable homes.

Powys County Council are purchasing four new homes for social rent in Ystradgynlais. The scheme is developed as part of the new Package Deal option with a developer, in order to increase the number of affordable, secure social homes that we can offer to people in Powys.

Brynygroes, Ystradgynlais consists of:

• 4 No x two-bedroom houses
