Housing Stock Condition Surveys

As a social landlord, we have a legal and regulatory duty to assess the condition and energy efficiency of our homes. To help meet these obligations and ensure compliance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) 2023, we'll be carrying out a Stock Condition Survey across all our properties from April 2025.

A Stock Condition Survey is a detailed assessment of the condition of your home, including key elements such as the bathroom, kitchen, heating system, windows, and doors.

The information we gather will help us plan future improvements to ensure homes are safe, warm, and meet modern standards. Your involvement helps us keep your home in good condition for years to come.
