The 'Landlord Loans' scheme in Powys offers interest-free loans to fix up empty houses for domestic let, making them safe to live in. Landlord loan support can also be considered where the domestic let is currently occupied. People can borrow up to £35,000 for each house, with a maximum of £250,000 per application.
