Welsh Government Home Improvement Loan and Powys Zero Interest Loan Fund

The Welsh Government and Powys offer special loans to help people fix up their homes. These loans are meant to make homes nicer, save energy, improve housing standards and make communities better.

There are some rules about who can get the loans and how they need to be paid back over five years. The Robert Owen Community Banking Fund manages these loans for the council.
