Complaints about irregular bus services, or bus driver conduct should be reported in writing to the bus operator with a copy sent to Powys County Council. If you're unhappy with the response you receive from the operator or they fail to respond to you in 14 working days, you can raise your complaint with Bus Users Cymru, who will investigate it further on your behalf.
