Did you know that you only need to ring the Housing One Number to contact Housing Services?

This number can be used during office hours (9am till 5pm), where you will be able to speak with one of our First Contact Officers who will be able to help you with a query or put you in touch with the right member of staff.

If you have an emergency out of office hours, you can also ring the Housing One Number, and you will be put in contact with a member of staff on duty who will be able to help you.
