Stairlifts, Hoists and Lifts

If you have any lifting equipment in your home, e.g. stairlifts or hoists, each item requires 2 visits a year by one of our recognised professional contractors.

You will have an annual service, and one shorter inspection carried out by an independent engineer.

It is important that these services and inspections are not missed as they ensure the safe operation of the equipment. If you have not yet had a service or are unsure if these have been carried out, then please don't hesitate to get in touch on 01597 827464.

Wash Dry Toilets

Specialist toilets require an annual service to ensure they are working correctly and are safe for you to use.  If you have a wash dry toilet that has not been serviced in the last 12 months. then please get in touch on 01597 827464.

Water Safety

Quick and easy ways to protect yourself from water borne illnesses include:

Making sure your hot water runs hot (above 65'C) and your cold water runs cold (below 15'C) quickly after opening the tap.  If your water takes a long time to heat up, there may be an issue with your boiler, so please contact us to arrange an inspection. 

If you have been away for a few days, it is a good idea to run the taps in your house for a few minutes to flush any water that has been sitting in the pipes while you are away.
