We support people with a variety of needs, enabling them to continue living independently knowing that help is always on hand. So, if you have a fall or an emergency, we'll get help to you quickly.

If you would like to apply for a careline alarm you can:

• Make an online application and upload your evidence
• Download and complete the application and return to the address below with your evidence
• Ring the careline department and the advisor will take your details over the phone and request your evidence to be posted to the address below
• Ring the department and request a paper application to be forwarded to you.
