Environmental Report, Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)

In accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes (Wales) Regulations 2004, the Authority is required to make available the final Environmental Report after adoption of the LDP.

The development of the Environmental Report is an iterative process which details the SEA that was carried out at every stage of the LDP's preparation. All of these stages, and their associated documentation, can be accessed via the Council's LDP webpages.

The final Environmental Report is therefore not a single report but consists of a suite of documents. For ease of reference, the final iterations of these documents, including Appendices, have been shown in the table below, where there is a description of the document accompanied by a link to the document itself.
