Revised Delivery Agreement (Timetable and Community Involvement Scheme)

The Council and the Welsh Government have approved a revised Delivery Agreement (which details an updated Timetable and Community Involvement Scheme) for the preparation of the Powys Replacement Local Development Plan (2022-2037 (PDF) [658KB].

Preferred Strategy (Pre-deposit) Consultation for the Replacement LDP

Consultation is taking place on the Preferred Strategy for the Replacement LDP for seven weeks from Monday 19 August and Monday 7 October 2024.  The consultation closes at 5 pm on Monday 7 October 2024.  For further details on the consultation, how to view the consultation documents and submit comments, please visit our Preferred Strategy page. 

The consultation documents include a Candidate Sites Register which records the sites submitted in response to the Call for Candidate Sites in 2022.  Comments are invited on Candidate sites as part of the Preferred Strategy consultation.    As part of this consultation, it is also possible to submit new candidate sites for consideration. Please visit the Candidate Sites page for further details.
