Disabled Facilities Grants

Disabled Facilities Grants are intended to help overcome problems restricting your ability to remain independent at home. Adaptations targeted to meet your needs are possible, following assessment by our Occupational Therapy Team, and when equipment cannot solve your problems.

Whether it's an entry ramp, or something more substantial like a stair-lift, bath replaced with walk in shower, financial assistance may be available assistance can be provided to people of all ages from children to pensioners, with a disability or life limiting illness.
