For discretionary housing payment and stand-alone Free School Meal claims, customers can still use the online forms to make a claim.
Please note: we are trialling a new interactive telephony system over the coming months which will enable our customers to self-serve and report changes in circumstances more promptly. We appreciate this service will be new to customers and we will be reviewing it to ensure the customer journey is as smooth as possible. We thank you for your patience whilst we integrate this technology across our systems.
