Christmas recycling and waste collections
Waste and recycling collection days are changing over Christmas and New Year. Use the online bin day checker to find your revised festive collection dates. 

Whilst we are confident that all wheeled bins and purple sacks will be collected on our revised collection days, we are struggling to get enough staff to collect all the recycling over the revised collection days at the weekend. 

If we miss your revised recycling collections at the weekend, we aim to be back to collect on your next planned collection day when we will be happy to accept extra recycling, separated into bags and placed out with your boxes

Please put your containers out on the usual day by 7:30am. Recycling and food waste is collected weekly. Wheelie bins and purple bags are collected 3-weekly. Crews will not return for any boxes/bins/bags that are placed out late. If this happens, take your recycling and rubbish back in until the next collection day. Alternatively you can take recycling to your nearest household waste and recycling centre.
