Commercial Vehicle or Trailer (CVT) Permits

Commercial Vehicle or Trailer (CVT) Permits allow residents to use their commercial type vehicle or trailer to take their household waste and recycling to our Household Recycling Centres.

CVT Permits can only be used by residents bringing household waste and recycling to the Household Recycling Centres. We cannot accept any waste or recycling from non-household sources (business or organisations) at any of the Household Recycling Centres. These permits are not for use by businesses to dispose of their commercial waste or recycling, and it is a criminal offence to do so.

If you don't currently have a CVT permit but need one, you can easily apply online. We process permits as quickly as possible, but in case we need to contact you about your application, please allow 10 working days to prevent disappointment.
