LDP Examination
Mrs Nicola Gulley, MA MRTPI, was the Planning Inspector appointed to conduct the independent Examination in Public to assess the soundness of the LDP.
The Council received the Inspector's Report on the 15th March 2018 and therefore the Examination in Public is closed. The Inspector concluded that, subject to the changes set out in Appendices A and B of the Report, the Powys Local Development Plan 2011-2026 is sound.
